How long does it take carpet to dry once it is cleaned?
Drying times depend on several factors but most carpet generally dries within 3-5 hours.

Carpet protector helps the carpet resist re-soiling, while also giving you more time to clean spills (due to "beading" effect).
How often should I get my carpets cleaned?
That depends on several factors. It is recommended you get your Residential carpets cleaned at every 8-12 months depending on the number
of residents and foot traffic at a given residence. While for Commercial carpet at least every 3-5 months is recommended due to higher traffic.
I already have an upright steam cleaner. Is that good enough?
Even with the overwhelming choices of "over the counter" carpet cleaners on the market, to get your carpets truly "deep cleaned" we highly recommend a professional. Upright steam cleaners are ok for spot cleaning or routine maintenance between professional cleanings.
Will all the spots I have on my carpet come out?

My carpet doesn't look dirty. Should I still get it cleaned?
That is a common mistake some people make. Much of the dirt, dust and contaminants are not seen with the natural eye. A maintenance program is highly recommended.
I just got brand new carpet installed. Should I get it cleaned?
Most all new carpet comes with carpet protector straight from the factory so unless it gets stained, it would not be necessary until carpet begins to show wear or after 18-24 months.
